RETURN POLICY

Commissioned Piece

Due to the nature of the commissioned work, we are unable to offer return and refund on commissioned piece/project.

Online Store Products

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a product from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

If the product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us within three days of delivery receipt at support@mapleinkc.com.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

As we manufacture to order, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. Until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if required. As we endeavor to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.

We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion. Please measure accurately and ensure fitness before submitting an order.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please email support@mapleinkc.com to discuss the return of your product.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 

A 20% restocking fee will apply, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges to the delivery address. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@mapleinkc.com.
